My philosophy is based upon engaging students in the classroom to increase their attention and focus. They will practice higher-level thinking and I will promote meaningful learning experiences. The environment will include a balance of flexibility and procedures so the students know the expected behaviors while growing as a learner. My students will feel loved, appreciated, and important which is why I will build strong teacher-student relationships. My students will know I am there for them during their educational experience.
